During this 28 Day Fitness Plan you will be coached and personally mentored to achieve the physical and mental goals you crave. This 28 Fitness Plan is suitable for all abilities and capabilities, with adaptations and alternative exercises accessible if you need them. Throughout the 28 Day Fitness Plan, you will have round the clock access to Matt (MADE IN THE MIND Head Coach), should you need any support, guidance or advice on any area.
