Upon booking your Personal Training Sessions we will discuss a date, time and location where we will conduct a physical consultation. We will carry out basic movement testing and other relatable assessments that will serve you in achieving the goals you wish to attain from your sessions.
This consultation will last 45 minutes and will not be counted as a session in your block.
From here, we will discuss regular timings & locations where you want to complete
your Personal Training sessions.
All PT Sessions are subject to terms & conditions and the client completing a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) before their physical consultation.
*Block of 6 sessions = 6 week expiry from first session
*Block of 12 sessions = 12 week expiry from first session
*Block of 18 sessions = 18 week expiry from first session
