In our session together, once we have identified the core beliefs that no longer serve you, I will help you to understand how they have ingrained themselves in your mind over time and show you how to remove the old unwanted beliefs that no longer serve a purpose in your life.

HOW DOES LTM WORK?
What enables my Life Transforming Method to create breakthrough results faster than other standalone forms of coaching or therapy,
is that I incorporate an array of therapeutic techniques and coaching strategies into my sessions.
Therefore, when utilised strategically and precisely, I am able to facilitate a platform that produces the most impactful results possible for my clients.
STEP 1: IDENTIFY
A conscious way of analysing and in times, challenging and tackling your presenting beliefs and offering positive, new alternatives that can change the way you think and behave.
STEP 2: EXTRACT
The art of communicating with the subconscious mind. A powerful and impactful way to locate the 'root cause' and remove any negative, residual beliefs that may otherwise be neglected unless accessed via the subconscious part of the mind.
STEP 3: PLANT
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)
The process of understanding how you communicate with yourself and the implementation of new empowering beliefs. Using subtle techniques that can help you break free from or align with your beliefs, this methodology can also be used in STEP 2.
STEP 4: NOURISH
PHYSIOLOGY / PT
Mastering the craft of your physiology is immensely important as the foundation of all emotion lies in your physical body. I use physiology (body) coaching and occasionally physical training to cement new beliefs, behaviours and habits.
STEP 5: FLOURISH
Now your deep rooted work is complete, it's time to flourish! Consciously looking at new ways to now enhance and expand your quality of life and complete a transformational and life fulfilling 21 day journey!

LIFE TRANSFORMATION METHOD
Generally a 1.5 - 2 hour session, we will solve the core issue that you have chosen that needs resolving, using one or more of the therapeutic techniques outlined. A powerful breakthrough session.
STEP 2 & 3
COMMIT TO A BESPOKE
After your LTM session, you will be sent your bespoke 21 Day Action Plan within 24 hours. This will be to ensure you commit and decide to follow through and ingrain the new core belief, long term.
LIVE WITH FREEDOM, PURPOSE & PASSION
A new awakening! After your 21 Day immersive plan is complete, you will be armed with the tools and strategies you need to keep your progress going and achieve lifelong fulfilment and joy!
